Antonello Novellino is a film production company whose initiative is to create and support fiction, animation and documentary projects. So far he has produced films, short films, series, video clips of young directors, which has meant not only giving an opportunity to young promises, but creating a group of collaborators in all sectors, working to bring new projects to fruition. He also works in television direction, video recording and editing for international televisions, video clips and corporate videos (among his clients: Vogue, Panswiss, Google, Mapfre Foundation, McGraw-Hill, Acciona, IFI, ITV, Energynew, School of Intelligence…).

Independent film director and producer based in Madrid since 2006. His works have received around 300 awards and recognitions. He graduated in Anthropology from La Sapienza University in Rome, studies that he combined with training in Screenwriting and Film Direction at the Accademia Rosebud film school in Rome. In 2001 he received a scholarship from the B&C Network in Rome to study screenwriting as part of the Cinema Laboratory programme with professors such as Age, Gino Capone, Patrizia Rotondo, Antonio Ferrara, Mario Monicelli, Ennio Morricone, Gillo Pontecorvo, Stefano Reali, Marco Onorato, Suso Cecchi D’Amico, Raimondo Crociani and Antonio Veneziani.

He is a member of the PNR (New Directors’ Platform) and a member of the Academy of Film Arts and Sciences.

Founder of the BRUCLIN MADRID movement for the development of artistic and social activities in the Puerta del Ángel district of Madrid.

In Spain he has combined the development of his own projects with production management for films such as :

Winner of the Euskal Bobina Award for Best CineVasco Promising Film 2013. Special mention to Napoli Film Fest. Color Space Award at Guadalajara Construye in Los Angeles.

Intercambio, 2010. Short fiction film.

La Pianta2005. Experimental short film. Montoro Inferiore City Council (Italy). Winner of 14 awards.

Marselo2003. Fiction short film.
Winner of 3 awards, among them the SIAE Award (the Italian SGAE) for Best Director.

In TV he has directed between 2014 and 2020 three documentary series for Channel 22 International of Mexico: Chiapanecos por el Mundo, México Global and Chilangos por el Mundo.

He has produced more than 20 short films that have been selected in hundreds of competitions in different countries (USA, Chile, Peru, Australia, India, China…) among them those that stand out: Saber perder by Sergio Milán, Innermost by Mar Corrales and Infuencer by Rubén González Barbosa in 2020; in 2019, Acróbatas en el Iglú by Galar Egüén and Guillermo Malo Fontanillo, Zapatos de tacón cubano by Julio Más and the documentary El Experimento–Bruclin Madrid by Claudio Espósito; in 2018, El niño que quería volar by Jorge Muriel, nominated for Best Fiction Short Film at the 33rd Goya Awards; Los Amantes de la página par by Juan Bros y Funky Lola, by Julio Más en 2017; the short films by Iván Ruiz Flores Dulce (2011),Lara (2014) and Teatro (2015) and the multi-award winning Para Sonia by Sergio Milán, which won 26 awards throughout 2015 and 2016 and was used for educational purposes at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and the Universidad Nacional de la Plata in Buenos Aires.
